BARRE 60
Barre 60 is Barre Society's signature 60-minute class—a low impact, beat driven workout that blends high energy with intentional movement. Using light weights and a variety of equipment, you'll sculpt, strengthen, stretch, and build connection. We finish with a feel-good cool down that lets it all settle in—body, mind, and energy
BARRE 45
Barre 45 takes everything you love from our signature class and delivers it in a focused 45-minute format. This low-impact, beat-driven workout blends high energy with intentional movement using light weights and a variety of equipment. You'll sculpt, strengthen, stretch, and build connection—then wrap with a feel-good cool down that lets it all settle in—in less time.
BARRE MAT
Barre Mat invites you to stay grounded, connected, and strong. this mat-based class blends energizing movement with deep stretching for a powerful, full-body reset. With low-impact sequences designed to build strength, mobility, and ease, you'll leave feeling centered, lengthened, and renewed. Class finishes with a calming cool down to help everything settle in—body, mind, and energy. Class is either 45 or 60 mins.
ROOT & RESTORE
Relax. Release. Reset. Recharge. Root & Restore is your space to ground deeply breathe freely and come exactly as you are. This guided meditation and sound experience invites you to let go of expectations, soften the noise around you, and reconnect. There's no required stillness, no "right" way to sit—just room to relax, release, and reset in whatever way feels good to you. You'll leave feeling centered, restored, and recharged.
BARRE SCULPT
Barre Sculpt is a full-body workout blending strength training, controlled barre movements, and light cardio to create a sculpting, low impact burn. Using light weight and intentional sequencing, this class tones the arms, legs, booty, and core, while keeping movement fluid and mindful. Expect strong music, minimal choreography, and options for all levels.
BARRE & BABY
COMING FALL 2026
Barre & Baby is a gentle, low impact barre class designed for expecting mothers and postpartum moms looking to move safely and intentionally. This class focuses on strength, posture, and mindful movement with thoughtful modifications for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Non-mobile babies are welcome to attend alongside you, creating a supportive space to reconnect with your body during this season.
BARRE EXPLICIT
FRIDAY NIGHT EDITION
This is not your average barre class. Set to unapologetically explicit beats, this 45-minute class is all about letting loose, moving with confidence, and having fun. Expect strong sequences, fiery pulses, and a playlist that hits hard. Held once a month on Friday nights, Explicit Barre is our cheeky twist on "meeting at the bar"—no drinks required, just good energy and great music. Sweat first, social after—because movement is better when it turns into connection.

A fully customized barre experience tailored to your goals, pace, and energy. Designed for you—or you and a couple of friends. Perfect for 1-3 people—with one flat rate regardless of group size, this class blends strength, movement, and music with focused attention in a private setting. Book as a one-time session or commit to a consistent weekly practice. Available four times weekly.
